I am sure the guy that approached us as the manager was not the manager of this place. She went to the manager who said he was sorry but couldn't - we paid the check and got out of this horrible place. The check came back with the charge of the taco. asked the waiter that served us the food to bring some, and he never did, we waited 10 more min to our waiter to come again - she came without the tableware - I asked to call the manager since the food was already cold, he came and apologized and ask if we like to replace the food with a warm one, we asked to replace the pasta, instead of creating new one they put it in the microwave and 2min from the time we returned it, it was back on the table, I asked the waiter if it got warmed and she said no it's new - no one can prepare a new pasta in 2min !!! We asked to return the other dish (shrimp taco) because it also got cold but not a new one. Nightmare in the middle of the day !!! (2+2) We waited 30min to be seated (with reservation), 10 min to get the waiter attention, 50min later to get the food but guess what, we didn't have the tableware to eat the food with - I. Also interesting that they have Fresh Fruit Boba Rum Drinks for $15 and other colorful cocktails. Yes folks it is rather pricey because #malibu! We requested to re-do the seafood pasta because it came out so salty. Great waterfront + people watching spot + toes in sand section + HUGE family-style meal - perfect for when the sun is back out and when you’re ready to relax again on the beach with a cocktail in hand.
